BioI'm opening this journal basically because I'm starting the dreaded trip towards ideal weight (25 kg. from now....) and I have a loooong way to go so I thought maybe this journal will help me keep track of what I'm doing and writing might motivate me not to stray for the nth time. Mabe it'll work; I hope so!! ^^
